金吾财讯 | 溜溜梅(06658)今日起招股，拟发行1146.41万股H股，其中10%为香港发售，90%为国际发售，另有15%超额配股权。发售价每股43.58港元，每手100股，入场费4401.96港元。股份预期将于2026年6月15日挂牌上市。中信证券、国元国际为联席保荐人。集资净额预期约为4.4亿港元，拟将其中约61%或约2.685亿元将于未来3年用于扩大产能；约21%或约9240万元将于来年用于提升品牌知名度、扩大销售网络及开拓国际市场；约8%或约3520万元将用于招聘研发人员及推进研发计划；及约10%或约4400万元将用作运营资金及一般公司用途。两名基石投资者合共投资金额1.48亿港元，将予认购的发售股份数目合计338.71万股，占发售股份的概约29.55%。
