消息面上，大摩最新研报指出，相信华润万象生活未来30天股价上升，发生机率料80%以上。主要是因为公司股价近期已明显回落，令短期估值大幅更具吸引力。大摩认为，市场对华润万象同店销售增长可能放缓过度担忧，原因是近月奢侈品及黄金销售较弱。
大摩表示，公司相对具免疫力，因过去几年已大幅提升在中低端消费以及二线及顶级三线城市的曝光度，预计仍能达到指引的高单位数同店销售增长，估计5月为中单位数，相比首四个月的约10%同比增长，并于今年实现约11%至14%的每股盈利增长，主要受惠于持续的市场份额提升、新商场开业，以及营运杠杆带来的利润率扩张。
