决定书显示，公司在开展特定客户资产管理业务过程中，存在未按照合同约定谨慎勤勉履行管理人职责的情形，上述行为违反了《基金管理公司特定客户资产管理业务试点办法》的规定。
对此，浙江证监局决定对上海聚潮资产管理有限公司采取责令改正的监督管理措施，并记入证券期货市场诚信档案。
