智通财经APP获悉，挚达科技(02650)午后涨超27%，截至发稿，涨18.65%，报19.53港元，成交额2.79亿港元。
消息面上，挚达科技与博雷顿(01333)签订三年战略合作意向书，在新能源工程设备及智能充电基础设施领域展开长期战略合作。博雷顿意向累计向挚达科技采购不少于5000台大功率充电桩或充电机器人设备；挚达科技则意向通过直接购买或推荐第三方，累计采购博雷顿电动矿卡不少于500台。
此外，双方还将互相授权在印尼、澳大利亚及拉丁美洲等海外市场作为非独家代理商，并计划共同投资建设海外服务与售后共享中心。此外，双方展望在条件成熟时设立合资公司，统筹特定区域业务。
