科笛-B(02487)发布公告，集团的CU-30101(局部外用利多卡因丁卡因乳膏剂)已获得中华人民共和国(中国)国家药品监督管理局(国家药监局)药品上市许可。
CU-30101是一种用于表皮麻醉手术的局部利多卡因丁卡因复合表皮麻醉乳膏剂。由于其成分的独特药代动力学特性，CU-30101的利多卡因和丁卡因组合配方可产生快速且持久的麻醉效果。利多卡因较丁卡因弥散更快且弥散范围更广，而丁卡因是一种长效氨基酸酯类局麻药，较利多卡因更亲脂，可在表皮角质层中浓缩。此外，局部外用乳膏配方也会限制麻醉成分的全身吸收，因而具有良好的安全性。
