6月8日，据港交所权益披露信息，小米集团于公开市场增持金山软件，截至当天收盘，小米集团持股比例增至5.39%。这一增持间接带来雷军在金山软件的持股比例增加。

对此，小米集团公关部总经理徐洁云表示：“感谢大家的关注，这是小米在公开市场增持金山软件，并做合规披露；另外，雷总持股比例增加，是由于小米增持，并非个人买入。小米坚定看好金山的长期发展，以及双方的战略协同前景。”
