全球流媒体巨头奈飞（Netflix）当地时间5日向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交监管文件宣布，公司首席独立董事杰伊·霍格（Jay Hoag）已正式接替联合创始人里德·哈斯廷斯（Reed Hastings），出任奈飞董事会主席。

　　文件显示，该项人事任命自6月4日奈飞年度股东大会结束后正式生效。奈飞曾于今年4月提前披露，哈斯廷斯将退出了其参与创办近三十年的公司董事会，未来将专注于慈善事业及其他个人事务。

　　哈斯廷斯是全球娱乐产业的标志性人物。在其领导下，奈飞从最初的邮寄DVD业务成功转型为全球流媒体巨头，彻底颠覆了电影和电视节目的传统发行模式。在新冠疫情期间，哈斯廷斯还带领奈飞实现了逆势高增长。

　　新任董事会主席霍格拥有丰富的行业与资本经验。他于1999年加入奈飞董事会，担任首席独立董事已逾十年。同时，霍格也是成长型股权投资公司TCV的联合创始人，该公司长期投资奈飞。此外，霍格目前还在美国在线房地产巨头Zillow和智能健身平台Peloton的董事会任职。
