6月6日，近日，有消费者反映在瑞幸咖啡下单超大杯拿铁并选择“去冰”后，到手饮品仅勉强过半杯。

　　关于去冰的问题，瑞幸咖啡官方客服向新浪财经解释称，部分饮品支持去冰，去冰情况以门店实际制作为准，“若产品支持去冰，咖啡师制作时不再添加冰块。饮品中空余容量会采用产品主要原料补齐。由于少了冰块稀释，去冰款的口感和常规冰饮会略有区别。”

　　另外，在瑞幸咖啡的点单界面底部也有小字作详细解释：大杯杯体容量约450ml，特大杯杯体容量约553ml，超大杯杯体容量约596ml。产品类型、属性、手工操作等存在差异，“饮品容量以实际情况为准”。
