智通财经APP讯，庄臣控股(01955)发布公告，相比于截至2025年3月31日止年度本公司股权持有人应占溢利约1600万港元，本集团预期2026年3月31日止年度(本年度)录得的本公司股权持有人应占年内溢利有约85%-90%跌幅。与此同时，相比于截至 2025年3月31日止年度本公司收益约18.36亿港元，本集团预期于本年度录得的收益有约82%-87%升幅。
根据现时可得的资料，本年度本公司股权持有人应占溢利的减少，主要因地缘政治局势持续紧张、油价上升令成本大幅上涨，加上行业竞争激烈、清洁服务行业毛利率面临持续下行压力所致。同时，短期内同步开展多份合约亦令前期投入成本增加。面对持续复杂的外部经营环境，本集团积极审视现有业务模式及成本结构，透过提升营运效益、优化资源配置及加强成本管控，以切实应对行业竞争加剧及宏观环境带来的持续挑战。本集团亦将持续强化企业管治与内部监控机制，并坚守以优质服务为本的经营理念，力求在现有市况下逐步改善盈利表现。
