智通财经APP讯，伟志控股(01305)发布公告，董事会已议决行使股份回购授权项下的权力，在任何时间及不时于联交所公开市场回购最多但不超过2000万港元的股份，每股股份的购回价格不得超过紧接相关股份回购前五个交易日股份平均收市价的5%或以上。所有股份回购将根据联交所证券上市规则、香港证券及期货事务监察委员会或任何其他认可证券交易所不时修订的规则、监管及规定、公司收购、合并及股份回购守则、公司法以及本公司须遵守的所有其他适用法律法规进行。回购的股份将持有为库存股份。本公司须确保能适当识别及区分库存股份，且任何库存股份的出售均须根据上市规则进行。
本公司将以其现有合法可用现金结余为股份回购提供资金，董事会认为，本公司当前的财务资源将使其能够在实施股份回购的同时维持稳健财务状况、有效营运及持续增长。
