智通财经APP讯，中国光大水务(01857)发布公告，有关取得位于青岛市崂山区的张村河水质净化厂二期及一期提标改造工程(特许经营权)项目。本公司已于2026年6月5日与相关订约方签署终止协议以终止特许经营协议。据此，各订约方同意解除及免除彼此于特许经营协议下的各自权利及义务。各订约方进一步同意本集团可获返还其因该项目所产生的相关支出及成本。
于本公告日期，项目公司尚未成立。于签署终止协议后，本集团将不会继续执行该项目。
董事会认为，签署终止协议符合本公司及股东的整体利益，且对本集团现有业务、运营或财务状况并无重大不利影响。
