6月8日，小米公司发言人官方微博表示，已分别就微博用户“超***2”（已改名）造谣小米公司员工破坏展车、抖音用户“宁***子”使用AI生成虚假的小米汽车事故视频并传播的侵权行为向警方报案，同时向主管部门投诉。

　　经上述部门调查确认，已对“超***2”处以罚款及禁言，对“宁***子”依法处理，并要求两名网络用户公开道歉。

　　小米公司同时表示，今年以来，针对小米公司的造谣传谣行为屡屡发生，严重侵犯公司合法商誉。对类似行为，小米公司坚持不退让、不妥协的态度，将持续使用法律武器维护合法权益。

　　此前，微信用户李某华已就造谣雷军“直播时被车主围堵维权”公开道歉。
