智通财经APP讯，联洋智能控股(01561)发布公告，本公司现任核数师天职香港会计师事务所有限公司(天职)将于本公司订于2026年6月30日举行的应届股东周年大会上退任本公司核数师，且董事会已决议于股东周年大会上不续聘天职为本公司截至2026年12月31日止年度的核数师。
经审核委员会推荐，董事会已决议于天职退任后，建议委任中正天恒会计师有限公司(中正天恒)为本公司新核数师，惟须待股东于股东周年大会上批准后方可作实。待股东于股东周年大会批准后，中正天恒将担任本公司核数师，任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
