Western Digital Says 21.3 Million Shares to Be Exchanged With Holders of Convertible Senior Notes due 2028

Western Digital (WDC) said Monday that an aggregate of 21.3 million shares will be exchanged with certain holders of its 3.00% convertible senior notes due 2028, under the company's previously signed exchange agreement.
On June 3, Western Digital said it agreed to exchange about $858.4 million aggregate principal amount of notes for cash and shares of common stock of the company, without disclosing the exact number of shares to be exchanged, according to the company.
Shares of Western Digital are up 4% in Monday trading.
