消息面上，6月4日，据宜明昂科官微消息，公司宣布，其自主研发的双特异性融合蛋白药物IMC-002(IMM0306)，在2026年欧洲抗风湿病联盟年会(EULAR 2026)上以壁报形式公布了其针对中重度活动性系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者的Ib/II期临床试验最新初步结果。数据显示，IMC-002在实现深度B细胞清除的同时，展现出优异的安全性与耐受性，且临床疗效强劲持久。
据介绍，IMC-002是一款靶向CD20和CD47的双特异性融合蛋白。其独特的分子设计旨在通过双重机制发挥作用：一方面利用CD20靶点介导抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒性(ADCC)，另一方面通过阻断CD47“别吃我”信号来增强抗体依赖性细胞吞噬作用(ADCP)，从而更高效地清除致病B细胞。
