ChainCatcher 消息，据 Crypto Briefing 报道，俄罗斯央行拒绝了立即扩大加密货币准入的提议，不允许非合格投资者交易 Bitcoin、以太坊和 USDT 以外的加密货币。副行长 Vladimir Chistyukhin 表示，新规生效后，只有这三种主流数字货币将被允许交易。
Chistyukhin 指出，加密货币的高波动性、市场风险以及稳定币可能受到限制或冻结，是维持严格限额的原因。这些规则是俄罗斯数字货币立法的一部分，在国家杜马于 4 月以压倒性优势通过一读后，预计将于下个月生效。监管机构还打算维持拟议的 30 万卢布投资上限不变。
作为拟议规则的一部分，合格投资者和非合格投资者在购买任何数字资产前均需通过强制性知识测试，从 2027 年起，未经许可的加密货币借贷将被禁止。该法案仍需经过二读、三读、联邦委员会批准和总统签署才能成为法律。
