　　周一早间（6月8日），菲律宾南部棉兰老岛海域发生7.9级强烈地震并引发区域海啸预警。SMM第一时间调研显示，此次地震对该国镍矿供应的整体影响有限。尽管受海啸警报影响，局部受灾区域内个别镍矿企业已暂时停止了发往印尼的货物装载作业，但由于本次震源深度较深，且海啸波主要面向印尼方向，其他绝大多数矿区均反馈震感轻微、暂无影响，目前整体矿区生产及日常运营维持正常。
