智通财经APP讯，英派药业-B(07630)公布，招股章程所述超额配股权已于2026年6月5日(星期五)获整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际包销商)悉数行使，涉及合共629.64万股H股，占于任何超额配股权获行使前全球发售项下初步可供认购的发售股份总数约15%。因超额配股权获行使而将予发行的H股(“超额配发股份”)将由本公司按每股H股 20.10港元发行及配发。超额配发股份将用于加快向同意延迟交付其根据全球发售认购的相关H股的承配人交付部分H股。
