智通财经APP讯，惠陶集团(08238)发布公告，于2026年6月8日，公司与认购人马海杨先生订立认购协议，内容有关发行本金总额为350万港元的可换股债券。于可换股债券按初步换股价每股换股股份0.2港元(可予调整)获悉数转换后，合共1741.8万股换股股份将予发行，相当于公司现有已发行股本当中约5%及经发行换股股份扩大的已发行股本当中约4.76%。
认购事项所得款项总额将为350万港元，而所得款项净额将约为320万港元。集团拟将发行可换股债券筹集的所得款项净额用于一般营运资金。
