金吾财讯 | 洲际酒店集团(IHG)发布公告，集团已于2026年6月5日通过高盛国际(Goldman Sachs International)，在伦敦证券交易所正式回购了10,000股公司普通股(每股面值20,340/399便士)。据悉，本次交易每股最低成交价为 160.9500 美元，最高成交价为 162.8000 美元，最终回购的加权平均价为每股 162.0043 美元。洲际酒店集团明确表示，本次回购的1万股普通股将做注销处理，不会转入库存股。值得一提，在此次操作前，洲际酒店集团在今年6月的第一周已连续多日执行了股份回购交易。本轮1万股回购并注销完成后，洲际酒店集团的最新股本结构如下：1)已发行普通股总数：调整为149,443,876 股(此数据不包括库存股)。2)库存股数量：依然维持在 5,431,782 股，这部分股份暂不计入公开市场流通股。
