OKP Holdings May Benefit From Singapore's Infrastructure Investment Cycle -- Market Talk

0554 GMT - OKP Holdings is well-placed to benefit from Singapore's sustained infrastructure investment cycle, KGI Securities (Singapore)'s Chen Guangzhi says in a research report. The cycle is supported by public-sector projects in civil engineering, transport connectivity, roads, drainage, commuter infrastructure and active-mobility networks, the analyst says. The structural nature of these projects offers a tender pipeline to the Singapore-listed company and reinforces its role as a niche public-infrastructure contractor. The brokerage initiates its coverage of the stock with an outperform rating and a target price of 1.31 Singapore dollars. Shares are 0.6% higher at 0.785 Singapore dollar. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
