数字分析平台Amplitude， Inc．（纳斯达克代码：AMPL）正面临多家股东权益律师事务所的证券欺诈调查。继5月初公布一季报并大幅下调全年盈利指引后，该公司股价单日暴跌逾21%，The Schall Law Firm与Pomerantz LLP等多家律所已先后启动调查。

　　此次调查的导火索是Amplitude于2026年5月6日发布的第一季度财报及全年业绩展望更新。尽管财报显示公司一季度营收为9349万美元，同比增长17%，超出市场预期的9295万美元，但引发市场剧烈反应的是公司同步下调的全年盈利指引。

　　具体而言，公司将2026财年非GAAP运营利润指引从此前预期的700万至1300万美元大幅下调至250万至650万美元。分析师普遍将此次下调解读为利润率压缩的信号，并对公司的合作策略及AI相关成本上升表示担忧。美国银行随即下调了该股评级，指出执行风险上升和盈利前景趋弱。

　　受此影响，Amplitude股价在5月7日暴跌1.61美元，跌幅高达21.41%，收于5.91美元。截至6月初，该股股价仍在52周低点5.51美元附近徘徊，自年初以来已累计下跌约31.4%，远逊于同期标普500指数的表现。
