消息面上，6月9日，科伦博泰宣布，其合作伙伴Windward Bio主导的一项II期临床研究已完成首批患者给药。该研究旨在评估SKB378/WIN378（HBM9378）用于治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的疗效与安全性。据悉，SKB378/WIN378最初由科伦博泰与和铂医药共同开发，双方平分全球权益。
公开资料显示，该药物为新一代全人源单克隆抗体，通过抑制胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素（TSLP）发挥作用。TSLP是经过临床验证的靶点，在哮喘、COPD等多种免疫性疾病的发生与进展中起关键作用。若后续临床试验顺利推进，SKB378/WIN378有望成为首款获批上市的超长效抗TSLP抗体，用于哮喘和COPD治疗。
