ChainCatcher 消息，据 10x Research 报告，Bitmine 在 2025 年 7 月至 2026 年 6 月期间通过 50 次股权发行筹集 192 亿美元，全部用于买入约 554 万枚 ETH（占流通供应量 4.6%），加权平均买入价约 3526 美元。
目前 ETH 价格约 1650 美元，其 ETH 国库价值仅 91 亿美元，公司整体亏损达 101 亿美元，回撤 52%。其中，投资者在购买股票时反复支付相对于底层 ETH 净资产价值的溢价，在 ETH 价格下跌前就已累计多支付 46 亿美元。这两种损失（价格下跌损失 + 溢价损失）同时到来。
尽管 Bitmine 损失惨重且 ETH 短期难以复苏，但报告指出，当股票跌得足够深时，底层资产几乎无关紧要，投资者购买的实际上是纯粹的期权性——即 ETH 未来反弹的免费看涨期权，目前尚未被市场充分定价。
