NusaTrip (NUTR) said Tuesday it has named Loic Gautier chief financial officer, effective June 2.
In May, the company named Wallace Tzi Chun Foo to the position but he declined due to personal and family reasons.
Gautier succeeded Tan Yee Siong, who was fired in May "for cause under the applicable employment agreement." The company did not provide details about why his employment was terminated.
