金吾财讯 | 海清智元(01392)今日起招股，拟发行8516.25万股H股，其中10%为香港发售，90%为国际发售，可予重新分配。每股发售价为7.2港元，每手500股，入场费3,636.31港元。股份预期将于6月22日挂牌上市。民银资本、浦银国际为联席保荐人。此次集资预期净额约为5.37亿港元，拟将其中约50%预计用于增强研发能力及加大产品开发投入；约25%将用于扩大产能，支持业务增长及新产品开发；约15%将用于加大业务扩张力度及加速全球市场渗透；及约10%将用于为一般营运资金提供资金及用作一般企业用途。
