智通财经APP获悉，周三，美国分布式电力系统供应商ERock(EROC.US)登陆美股市场，开盘后股价走低，截至发稿，该股跌超7.5%，报19.86美元。IPO价格为21.5美元。ERock主要为数据中心、公用事业公司以及大型商业和工业客户提供分布式电力系统解决方案。目前，公司业务覆盖美国九个州，提供桥接电源、备用电源以及灵活供电服务。
其核心产品RockBlock是一套模块化分布式发电系统，可直接利用当地地下天然气管网供应燃料发电，实现持续稳定运行。公司表示，该系统能够在电网故障、电力紧张或高峰负荷期间为客户提供高可靠性的电力保障。
截至目前，ERock已服务约400个项目站点，其中业务布局最集中的地区为加利福尼亚州和得克萨斯州，这两个州也是美国数据中心建设最活跃的市场之一。
