智通财经APP讯，STERLING GP(01825)发布公告，如截至2025年9月30日止六个月的中期报告所载，于2025年9月30日，集团应收JPO及三泰款项合共约1.471亿港元。自2025年9月30日起，JPO及三泰并无向集团作出任何还款。近期，JPO向集团及公司主席、执行董事兼行政总裁王美慧女士提出介于约20万美元至60万美元(或约160万港元至470万港元)的紧急财务支援请求，以应付JPO的经营需要(包括向JPO的债权人作出付款)。据JPO所告知，倘未能获得其所请求的财务支援，JPO有可能于非常短期内面临破产。
经考虑(其中包括)JPO的财务状况及业务前景以及集团的大额应收JPO及三泰款项;于2026年6月12日，公司董事会议决，不向JPO提供其所请求的财务支援。据王美慧女士所告知，于本公告日期，其本人亦无意向JPO提供有关财务支援。
倘JPO无法应付其紧急经营需要并走向破产，由于能否收回应收JPO及三泰款项将存在不确定性，公司认为公司的财务状况及现金流量或会受到不利影响。公司将持续监控JPO及三泰的业务进展、评估相关进展的影响、采取适当措施，并于必要时刊发公告。
