在美国总统特朗普取消针对伊朗的打击行动，并表示已达成结束战争的协议并在不久之后签署后，美债价格收于日内高点，收益率下跌8至11个基点。油价下跌，推动美债收益率曲线趋陡，涨势一直持续到收盘。此前，30年期国债拍卖遇冷曾一度拖累长端债券，但特朗普的声明促成市场反转。

　　纽约时间下午3：30过后不久，美债收益率仍维持在日内低点附近，5年期与30年期国债收益率差走阔约2个基点；10年期国债收益率下跌10个基点至4.45%左右。

　　特朗普当时在白宫发表讲话称，美国“刚刚就与伊朗的战争达成重大和解，接下来几天将敲定最终文件”。

　　当时处于日内低点的WTI原油期货跌幅进一步扩大，较周三收盘一度下跌4.7%。

　　下午1点进行的220亿美元30年期国债续发行需求不及预期，中标收益率高于投标截止时的发行前收益率约1.2个基点，一度推高长端收益率；一级交易商获配比例为14.7%，创下8月以来最高水平；间接投标者获配比例降至60%，抵消了直接投标者获配比例升至25.3%的影响。

　　周四的有担保隔夜融资利率（SOFR）期权交易中，出现了针对上行和下行风险保护的大规模鹰式策略头寸。其中一笔押注年底前美联储将加息一次，其在周三也有大笔买入。
