南财智讯6月11日电，中关村科技租赁（01601.HK）发布须予披露交易公告，公司于2026年6月11日与承租人融智通科技（北京）股份有限公司订立融资租赁协议III及融资租赁协议IV，拟以售后回租方式分别购入并租回路由器等通讯业务相关资产，两项交易的转让价款均为人民币1500万元，合计3000万元；总租赁款项均为约人民币1540万元，合计3080万元，其中融资租赁本金合计3000万元，融资租赁利息收入（含增值税）合计约80万元。租赁期均为12个月，按季期末支付。交易对手为独立第三方，担保由承租人最终实益拥有人及其联系人提供连带责任保证。
