Everbright Securities's (SHA:601788, HKG:6178) listing and transfer of its short-term corporate bonds via private placement passed the Shanghai Stock Exchange's evaluation, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.
The bonds, with a total amount of up to 10 million yuan, meet the exchange's listing and transfer conditions.
