许可产品为由合资公司基于许可技术研发过程中产生的相关(一种或多种)抗体序列独立开发的产品，包括：多特异性抗体产品(三特异性及以上)；偶联物产品(AXC，即antibody X conjugate)；以及衍生产品或实质性等同产品。有形资产位于转让方临床前研发实验室内的仪器、设备及配套设施。IP权益为与目标管线的靶点相关或合理预期将用于许可产品开发的全部技术成果、实验数据及技术秘密，目标管线为针对肿瘤治疗领域三个产品对应的靶点开发抗体技术以及ADC平台技术。
