智通财经APP获悉，大唐黄金(08299)午后涨超7%，截至发稿，涨5.45%，报0.29港元，成交额1540.37万港元。
消息面上，大唐黄金近期发布公告，对收购宁陕金矿资产的事项进行全面细化与确认。标的矿山探明+控制黄金金属量达69.9万盎司，每盎司资源量收购成本仅约为114美元。目标集团100%股权公允价值约11.3亿港元，大唐黄金将以总计5.85亿港元的代价拿下80%的权益，折价幅度达到约35%。
智通财经APP在《大唐黄金（08299）战略并购即将收官，黄金新贵入主优质金矿带来新看点》中指出，宁陕金矿的交割已进入最后倒计时，并将很快体现在大唐黄金的财务数据上。公告明确，金矿及选矿厂预计在下个月就将开始试生产。两座选矿厂合计设计产能达1500吨/日，潜在产能可达2000吨/日，全面投产后将极大程度推升大唐黄金的黄金产量及整体盈利水平。另外，宁陕金矿的采矿许可证也已经于今年2月成功续期，有效期至2032年2月13日。
