消息面上，乐普生物在2026 ASCO上披露的MRG006A针对标准治疗失败后的晚期肝癌患者的I期临床试验数据相当优异。MRG006A切入的是全球尚无获批ADC的肝癌领域，代表的是尚未被充分开发的新路径，又已经初步跨过临床验证门槛。意味着它有可能成为下一款具备BD想象空间的中国first-in-class ADC项目。
值得注意的是，乐普生物此前宣布其自主研发的靶向 CDH17 的抗体偶联药物MRG007 的新药临床试验申请正式获得国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心受理。本次新临床受理标志着其在消化道肿瘤领域的临床开发迈入关键节点，未来有望为国内数百万晚期消化道肿瘤患者带来全新治疗选择。
