另外，(i)程娟女士已获委任为独立非执行董事、薪酬委员会主席、审核委员会成员以及提名委员会成员;(ii)Yubing Li先生已获委任为独立非执行董事、提名委员会主席以及薪酬委员会成员;及(iii)邱晓玲女士已获委任为独立非执行董事以及审核委员会主席，均自2026年6月12日起生效。
