南财智讯6月12日电，滇池水务（03768.HK）发布须予披露交易公告，公司于2026年6月12日与昆明市安居集团及官渡农合行金马支行签订《委托贷款展期协议III》，将原委托贷款借款合同及前期展期协议项下尚未偿还的本金人民币7200万元进行展期：其中500万元展期至2026年6月30日前偿还，300万元展期至2026年12月31日前偿还，剩余6400万元展期至2027年6月16日。展期利率为6.0%／年，按季付息；手续费为10.8万元。该交易构成上市规则下的须予披露交易。
