智通财经APP获悉，6月12日，中国证监会国际合作司发布《关于潮州三环(集团)股份有限公司境外发行上市备案通知书》。三环集团(300408.SZ)拟发行不超过149,190,500股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。据港交所披露，公司于6月9日向港交所主板递交上市申请，中国银河国际为独家保荐人。
招股书显示，三环集团深耕先进电子陶瓷材料和零部件领域，构建起电子及陶瓷材料、电子元件、通信器件、设备组件等四大类产品组合，形成覆盖通信、AI及数据中心、消费电子、汽车电子、半导体制造及封装、新能源、智能工业控制等核心应用领域，囊括基础材料、关键元件和高端器件及组件的业务框架。
公司立足于材料与工艺一体化业务模式。具体而言，公司具备扎实的上游关键原材料配方研发能力，对各关键制造阶段的技术工艺迭代优化。同时，公司具备大批量生产能力，实现高标准品控，筑牢供应与成本可控的核心优势。
