消息面上，泉峰控股近日公布，拟自2026年6月8日起至2026年12月31日止期间实施一项股份购回计划，公司可购回总价值最高达1.5亿港元的公司普通股。股份购回计划将通过行使董事会根据本公司股东于 2026年5月18日举行的股东周年大会上授予的购回股份的现有一般授权项下的权力予以实施。
