智通财经APP讯，卫龙美味(09985)公布，股东于2026年6月11日举行的公司股东周年大会上决议向董事授出购回股份的一般授权，授权董事回购公司不超过于2026年6月11日公司已发行股份总数(不包括库存股份，如有)10%的股份，即243,114,557股股份。
董事会计划行使股份购回授权，拟使用最多2亿港元在公开市场以自有资金购回公司股份。股份购回计划自本公告日期起为期六个月。回购价格将不高出实际回购日之前五个交易日股份平均收市价的5%。股份购回将视乎市场情况、公司实际需要及资本管理安排，并由董事会及╱或其授权人士酌情在其认为适当时进行。董事会认为，在现时情况下实施股份购回计划将不会对集团的营运资金状况或资本负债水平造成重大不利影响。
董事会认为，股份购回计划反映公司对自身业务发展前景及长期价值的信心，亦有助于提升资本管理效率及为股东创造长期价值，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
