美国区域性银行五三银行(Fifth Third Bancorp)于周五正式将其普通股及多系列优先股的上市地点从纳斯达克转移至纽约证券交易所，股票代码继续沿用FITB。纽交所总裁林恩·马丁称这是“历史上规模最大的银行转板交易”。
五三银行董事长兼首席执行官蒂姆·斯彭斯率领董事会及管理团队，于周五上午敲响纽交所开盘钟，标志着该行正式成为纽交所上市公司大家庭的一员。公司此前已在纳斯达克交易至周四收盘。
这一转板决定与五三银行近期的战略转型密切相关。该行此前完成对Comerica的合并交易，已跃升为美国第九大银行。分析人士指出，纽交所通常与大型金融机构相关联，此次转板旨在将公司的公开市场形象与其合并后更大的规模和结构更好地对齐，同时提高在机构投资者中的可见度。
斯彭斯表示，期待继续为客户服务并为股东创造长期价值。纽交所总裁马丁在欢迎声明中强调，五三银行将悠久的传统与大胆的创新精神相结合，纽交所自豪地将其与全球领先企业一同纳入社区。
五三银行成立于1858年，总部位于俄亥俄州辛辛那提市，是一家多元化金融服务公司，主要业务包括商业银行、个人和小企业银行、财富与资产管理等板块。截至2026年3月31日，该行总资产达2970亿美元。
