智通财经APP讯，中国新消费集团(08275)发布公告，集团预期于截至2026年3月31日止年度，将取得净亏损介于约2200万港元至约3000万港元，而截至2025年3月31日止年度则为净亏损3100万港元。董事会认为，净亏损主要归因于(i)建筑合约收入大幅下降约88.6%，由截至2025年3月31日止年度的1.562亿港元，降至截至2026年3月31日止年度的1790万港元;(ii)毛利率由约22%大幅下降至约104%的毛损率，此乃源于房地产市场整体下行，以及集团于期内承接的项目价值及项目利润率减少所致。
