【大河财立方消息】6月12日，上海国泰海通证券资产管理有限公司发布基金行业高级管理人员变更公告。公司副总裁、首席市场官叶明升任国泰海通资管总裁、财务负责人。党委书记、董事长陶耿不再兼任公司总裁。

　　过往从业经历显示，叶明1995年7月入职原国泰证券，1999年7月加入国泰君安证券，先后担任计划财务部副经理、资金清算总部总经理助理、营运中心副总经理；2010年8月起加入原国泰君安资管，历任营运总监兼任营运部总经理、董事会秘书、代履职合规总监职责、合规总监、首席风险官、首席营运官(COO)、财务负责人等，现任国泰海通资管副总裁、首席市场官。

　　2025年7月，国泰君安资管与海通资管启动合并，于2026年4月底完成吸收合并交割，是国内首例券商资管整合案例。数据显示，截至2025年末，国泰海通资管客户资产管理规模超7506亿元，营收超23亿元。
