南财智讯6月12日电，珠峰黄金（01815.HK）公告，公司附属江西吉银实业有限公司与江西龙天勇有色金属有限公司签订《二零二四年至二零二六年采购框架协议（经补充协议修订及补充）》，协议有效期自2024年1月1日起至2026年12月31日止；同时订立《二零二七年至二零二九年采购框架协议》，有效期自2027年1月1日起至2029年12月31日止。合作范围扩展为江西吉银及其联属公司向龙天勇及其联属公司采购银锭，作为制造白银产品的原材料；年度采购上限由人民币200百万元修订为人民币500百万元（即5亿元）。
