蓝鲸新闻6月12日讯，近日，青岛金融监管局发布行政处罚决定书，剑指中国建设银行股份有限公司青岛中山路支行、香港中路远洋广场支行、李沧支行及相关责任人。
罚单显示，建设银行青岛中山路支行贷款“三查”管理严重不尽职、违规收费、违规挪用银行承兑汇票保证金，员工唐吉海违规向第三方企业出具承诺函；建设银行青岛香港中路远洋广场支行贷前调查严重不尽职；建设银行青岛李沧支行贷前调查严重不尽职。
针对上述违法行为，青岛金融监管局对建设银行青岛中山路支行罚款145万元，对时任该支行行长孙振义警告并罚款10万元，对时任该支行客户经理唐吉海警告并罚款5万元；对建设银行青岛香港中路远洋广场支行罚款80万元，对时任该支行行长赖勐警告并罚款6万元；对建设银行青岛李沧支行罚款40万元，对时任该支行行长王志宁警告并罚款5万元。
