消息面上，近日，深圳前海华夏投兴旺科技创业投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）发生重要工商变动，最大出资人由深圳前海兴旺投资管理有限公司变更为蜜雪冰城股份有限公司，出资额15亿元，出资比例98%。从目前的股权结构和治理安排来看，蜜雪冰城定位更接近产业资本的出资方，具体投资运营仍由专业投资管理团队操盘。
值得注意的是，今年3月，蜜雪集团宣布了一项重要人事调整：原执行副总裁兼CFO张渊接任CEO，全面负责公司日常运营和资本运作。对于张渊的上任，资本市场给予了积极评价，认为这标志着蜜雪冰城正式进入“精细化管理+资本运作”的新阶段。
