智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，6月9日，桦欣控股(01657)出现仓位异动，存仓市值总计12.92亿港元，占比72.34%。该公司股东将股票存入德林证券香港2315万股，持股比例增加72.34%。
6月4日晚，桦欣控股发布公告称，于5月25日，要约人向卖方购2397万股股份，相当于已发行股份总数约74.91%，总现金代价1.985亿港元。紧随完成后，要约人将于持有已发行股，现金要约价每股8.323港元，较停牌前收市价每股30港元折让约72.26%。
要约人确认，要约价为最终价格，不会调高。要约人须就所有已发行股份作出无条件强制性现金要约。卖方为蔡敬庭。要约人由四方伟业直接全资持有，四方集团为一家总部设于中国的大数据及人工智能产品及服务供应商，向中国(包括香港)的政府、能源、交通、金融及制造业等行业的客户提供涵盖数据采集、储存、分析及可视化的软件解决方案。
