环球时报这篇社论题为“美国‘涉军黑名单’荒诞剧可以收场了”，指出这份“黑名单”早已脱离所谓“涉军”初衷，是华盛顿对“中国顶尖企业”的“实时标注”和变相打压。本质上是对中国科技进步的变相承认，暗含着对中国硬核实力的忌惮与焦虑。
