金吾财讯 | 森普拉能源(SRE)宣布，德克萨斯州电力可靠性委员会(ERCOT)已于上周正式批准多个服务于达拉斯-沃斯堡南部地区及I-35走廊的新输电项目。此举将为森普拉在该州的基础设施业务带来庞大的新增长空间。据公告披露，结合ERCOT今年4月份批准的一系列高压电网升级项目，相关项目的总投资额预计将超过70亿美元。这一系列密集的基础设施建设预计将在2026年至2034年之间陆续投入运营，届时将有效满足德州当地约16吉瓦(GW)的新增电力需求。而森普拉持有80.25%股权的Oncor电力输送公司(Oncor)作为德州最大的输配电公用事业公司，预计将承担其中绝大多数项目的建设工作。目前，Oncor正在执行一项创纪录的、总额达475亿美元的资本计划(2026-2030年)。本次获批的新输电升级项目将为Oncor的基本资本计划提供高达100亿美元的新增资本投资机会，其中一部分代表了超出目前五年计划期的额外预计投资。不过，所有项目仍有待其他监管部门的最终批准。据悉，德克萨斯州公共事业委员会(PUCT)预计将于本月晚些时候对该流程进行审议并给予最终批准。
