该指标若跌破零将进入深度低估和投降区，若回升至历史均值以上则预示估值修复。已实现净亏损最低点出现在 6 月 6 日，达 12 亿美元，目前收窄至约 11 亿美元，约为 2022 年投降极端值 22 亿美元的一半。分析师指出，市场压力明显但估值已重置，估值折价本身就是积极信号。改善的触发信号是已实现净盈亏回归零及以上且 MVRV Z 保持正值；主要风险是亏损重新加深至 2022 年极端水平及 MVRV Z 跌破零。
