据法国24台8日报道，日本游戏公司任天堂已同意缴纳3500万欧元（约合2.7亿元人民币）罚款，了结法国监管部门针对其Switch手柄缺陷问题的调查。
该案源于2020年，法国消费者权益团体发起诉讼，指控任天堂存在产品计划性淘汰问题，明知Switch原装Joy-Con手柄存在普遍的摇杆漂移故障，却刻意隐瞒产品缺陷，侵害了消费者合法权益。该故障具体表现为手柄摇杆无触碰时出现自动偏移、按键卡顿卡死等问题，严重影响设备正常使用。
法国市场竞争、消费和反欺诈总局调查认定，Switch自2017年上市后，摇杆漂移故障长期频发，但任天堂方面未及时向消费者披露这一系统性缺陷，也未及时给出售后解决方案。
